This session of Making the Connection takes place from Wednesday, September 19 through Wednesday, October 24.
First Wayne Street has developed a program of Wednesday evening activities that we call “Making the Connection.” The program is designed to nurture and facilitate each person’s faith journey, and members’ family and friends are always welcome! We offer six-week and eight-week short-term sessions on Wednesday afternoons and evenings in Fall I, Fall II, Winter, and Spring sessions that serve a wide variety of interests for all ages. Making the Connection provides a comfortable, loving atmosphere to adults, youth, and children, giving everyone opportunities to find ways in which to experience God’s presence and enhance our own and each other’s faith journeys. Adult activities include a variety of offerings from Bible study and book discussions to painting, gardening, crafts, quilting, and more. Youth activities provide a gathering time for study and fellowship. Children’s activities combine lesson time, crafts, games, and music. For more information, visit our Making the Connection page here.
Stay tuned for details about the particular offerings for the upcoming session!
