On August 23, Bishop Julius Trimble appointed Rev. Angelo Mante to First Wayne Street as a secondary appointment. Pastor Angelo’s primary appointment remains Alive Community Outreach.

What does this mean for First Wayne Street? Rev. Mante’s main focus will be the important ministry of Alive Community Outreach, working with families and individuals who have lost a loved one to gun violence and continuing to develop and grow the Peacemaker Academy.

Pastor Angelo will work with our staff and leadership to build points of connection between First Wayne Street and the ministry of Alive Community Outreach. Rev. Mante will preach and assist in leading worship at First Wayne Street from time to time. Rev. Mante will identify opportunities for the congregation to be engaged in ministries of peace, justice and service in our community.
